Overview

This product is a high-precision, compact, online oil contamination detection instrument. It adopts the light-blocking principle, by collecting and processing the multi-dimensional dynamic information of particles in the liquid under laser irradiation, it accurately calculates the size and quantity of particles in the liquid. It can be installed on new or existing mechanical equipment, hydraulic transmission systems, lubrication systems, oil filters, cleaning machines, test benches and other systems to achieve real-time monitoring of system oil cleanliness.

Main features

Continuous or timed sampling, real-time monitoring of system oil particle contamination status, accurate and fast detection.

8 arbitrary particle size channels for user customization.

Simultaneous output of particle counts and contamination levels for each channel.

Built-in various contamination standards including GB/T14039-2002, ISO4406-1999, NAS1638, GJB-420A, GJB-420B.

Built-in 2 calibration curves, can be calibrated according to ISO4402 and ISO11171 standards respectively.

RS232 or RS485 or CAN interface options for connection with computers, enabling remote control and data storage.

Color LCD display, membrane menu operation.
