Overview

This product is developed based on GB/T18854-2002 (IS011171-1999) and other national and international standards, using the light obstruction method (light extinction method) principle. It is used to detect the size and quantity of solid particles in liquids and can be widely applied in aerospace, power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, automotive manufacturing, and other fields. It can test the solid particle contamination level of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil, etc., as well as detect insoluble particles in organic liquids and polymer solutions.

• RS232 interface, with optional data software for external computer control and data processing.

• Magnetic stirring ensures uniform particle distribution in samples for reliable results. Unique anti-magnetic isolation device prevents magnetic particles from being adsorbed to the bottom of the sample bottle, ensuring uniform particle distribution.
