Overview

The online particle counter is developed based on the light blocking principle and is used to detect the size and quantity of solid particles in liquids. It can be widely used in aerospace, power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields to detect solid particle contamination in hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil and other oils.

Main features

•Built-in particle contamination level standards such as GB/T14039-2002 (S04406:1999), NAS1638, GJB-420A, GJB-420B, and can be customized according to user requirements.

•Continuous or timed sampling to monitor the oil particle contamination status in real time.

•Precision temperature sensor to monitor oil temperature changes in real time.

•Precision sampling and measurement system ensures stable and quantitative oil flow rate, enabling precise quantitative detection regardless of system pressure.

•Standard RS232 interface. Optional interface software can connect to external computers for control and data storage, facilitating data classification and retrieval.

•Fast detection speed, high accuracy, good repeatability, easy installation, compact and lightweight.

•Built-in printer (optional) for direct printing of test results.

•LCD display, touch film key operation.

•The instrument can be calibrated and verified according to ISO4402 or ISO11171.
