Cleaning Principle

  When the compressor is running at a slow speed, cleaning liquid is sprayed into the compressor channel, and the liquid is atomized and broken by the rotation of the blades so that as many compressor blades as possible can be cleaned. The difficulty is: to clean as many blades as possible without disassembling the compressor.

Key Evaluation Criteria for Thermal Cleaning Effectiveness 

The coverage rate of the cleaning liquid on the blade surface to be cleaned. The greater the coverage rate, the better the thermal cleaning effect, and vice versa. Therefore, the key technology for the development of the thermal cleaning system is to provide a stable liquid supply pressure to the cleaning system and maximize the coverage rate of the cleaning liquid on the blade surface under the condition of limited cleaning liquid flow.
