Overview


The in-situ charging and discharging and online monitoring system of armored equipment battery is mainly equipped in the equipment garage, which is used for automatic charging and status monitoring of the equipment battery pack when the army armored chassis equipment is parked in the garage without disassembling the battery, which can meet the charging requirements of open and valve-regulated batteries. It is required that the whole system is easy to operate, stable and reliable, and can ensure that the battery pack reaches a good state. Each system consists of 1 set of management system, 1 set of control host, 3 sets of charging equipment and 1 set of accessories (including various cables, plugs, converters, cable retractors, etc., the number of accessories should be able to ensure the normal connection and operation of the whole system) and accompanying materials.

The whole system is mainly divided into two parts: charging equipment and control host. The charging equipment is divided into rectifier unit, control unit and DC unit according to the unit design, which is easy to replace; The rectifier unit meets the demand of the maximum output of 100A current, and can meet the needs of 12-30V battery charging, with a wide voltage range; The control unit monitors the charging parameters and battery parameters in real time during the battery charging process through the battery information transmitted by the rectifier unit, adjusts the output voltage and current of the rectifier unit to charge the battery quickly and safely, displays the charging and battery information in real time, and uploads it to the control host.





Structural Principle



The in-situ charge, discharge and on-line monitoring system of armored equipment battery consists of 1 control host, 3 charging equipment and battery charging related connection accessories. The whole system is divided into two parts: charging equipment and control host. A single charging device converts the 380V AC input into 15 DC12-30V DC charging splits through the cascade architecture of the rectifier module and the charging module, and connects it to the battery end through the charging cable to realize battery charging.

The charging equipment can work alone, and can be connected to the control host through the network cable for remote charging control; When using the remote control of the control host, the charging device can not only automatically match the battery parameters for charging, but also send the charging parameters through the background. The charging equipment monitors the voltage, current, internal resistance, capacity and other parameter information of each branch battery pack in real time, and monitors the access status and charging state of the battery pack; Through data analysis, the working status of charging equipment is intelligently controlled. The background can determine the current battery abnormality through the charging curve. After the battery pack of each branch is connected at one time, there is no need for manual adjustment, and the system automatically completes the charging and monitoring process. When charging, the charging equipment automatically matches the charging parameters according to the technical state of the battery, without the need to manually set the parameters or adjust the charger parts. The system has the functions of reverse connection, overvoltage, undervoltage, over-current, over-temperature protection, etc., and has the functions of fault alarm, real-time display and historical inquiry.
